Delete Joint Network
To delete an existing joint network:
- Select Delete Joint Network from the Joint Networks submenu of the Boundaries menu.
- Use the mouse to click on any joint boundary in the network. All boundaries in the network will be highlighted. If your model uses multiple joint networks, you can select any number of networks to delete.
- Press Enter or right-click and select Done Selection, and the selected joint network(s) will be deleted.
Right-Click Shortcut
Delete Joint Network can also be accessed using a right-click shortcut:
- Right-click the mouse on any joint boundary in a network.
- Select Delete Joint Network from the popup menu.
- The selected network will be deleted.
Deleting Individual Boundaries in a Network
It is not possible to delete individual boundaries in a joint network, unless you first ungroup the joint network.
You can then use the regular boundary editing options (e.g. delete boundary, move boundary) to delete or edit individual joint boundaries.
Once a joint network has been ungrouped, it is no longer considered a network (for modeling purposes) and the joint network editing options are not applicable.
