Move a License
Note
The ability to move a license is only available with a subscription to Maintenance+. Otherwise, you would need to wait until your annual renewal key is sent out to move it.
If you are trying to move a Personal License with an active Maintenance+ subscription, please click here and follow the instructions to move your license.
If you are trying to move a Flexible License with an active Maintenance+ subscription, please proceed to our Get Support Form and follow the instructions to send us the necessary details.
Detach a License
Prior to offline access, connect to the server from the client computer and detach a license. Once detached, you may use the Rocscience Program offline on that specific client computer for the specified time period. Please see our Detaching a License Guide for detailed instructions on how to detach a license.
License Key Update
To update your license key, first download the Update Utility, then follow the license key update instructions.
