Edit Line Query

Once a query line has been created, its geometry can be edited in the properties pane.

1. Select the Line Query (or Liner Line Query) entity from the Viewports or the Visibility Pane.
2. Select Edit next to Geometry in the Properties Pane.
3. The Edit Polyline window appears. The user can add or delete vertices of the query line by adding or deleting rows in the table.
4. Select OK to implement the changes or select cancel to exit the operation.

The query line discretization can also be modified in the properties pane.

1. Select the Line Query (or Liner Line Query) entity from the Viewports or the Visibility Pane.
2. Select Edit Polyline Discretization in the Properties Pane.
3. The Query Options dialog appears. The following options are used to define the number of query points:
4. At a specified number of locations, evenly spaced along the ENTIRE polyline, and at each vertex of the polyline defined which are automatically converted to query points. Duplicate query points are removed.
5. At each vertex of the polyline defined.
6. At each vertex of the polyline defined and at a specified number of points, evenly spaced along EACH SEGMENT where a segment is defined by two vertices of the polyline.
7. In the Query Options dialog, select OK to update the line query or select cancel to exit the operation.
