To generate a Cylinder geometry:

  1. Select the Geometry geometry workflow tab workflow tab.
  2. Select the Cylinder cylinder icon option from the 3D Primitive Geometry primitive geometry icon option from the toolbar or sub-menu in the Geometry menu.
  3. A dialog should appear. Enter two points to define the center axis of your cylinder. This will also determine the height of your cylinder.
  4. Define your Radius.
  5. Define your desired number of Subdivisions which will determine the number of plane segments to approximate the curvature of the cylinder.
  6. Define the Role of geometry (Geology, Excavation, or Construction).
  7. Press OK to accept the changes and generate the Cylinder.
