Default Soil Model

A Default soil model can be selected to be applied to all newly generated layers in your soil profile. Different soil model options are available depending on the Solver Type and Analysis Method selected. 

For the lumped mass solver, these include:

• General quadratic/hyperbolic model (GQ/H)
• Pressure-dependent modified Kondner Zelasko (MKZ)
• Discrete Points
• Yee et al. (2013)

For the finite element solver, these include:

• I-soil model (Numanoglu et al., 2023)
• Linear elastic
