Circle

The Circle drawing tool option allows you to add a circle or ellipse anywhere in the Plan View. To add a Circle or Ellipse:

1. Select Circle from the Line Tools in the Tools tab.
2. Enter a point graphically with the mouse, or enter x,y coordinates in the prompt line.
3. As you move the mouse, an ellipse will be drawn between the point entered in step 2, and the current cursor location.
To draw a CIRCLE, hold the Shift key while you are moving the mouse.
4. Enter a second point graphically with the mouse, or enter x,y coordinates in the prompt line, and the Circle or Ellipse will be added to the view.
