Common Support Type Database

If you are using Grouted Dowel or Swellex support types, a database of common support types is available to assist with the input of the different support type properties. The default database contains the manufacturer's database from Dextra.

To access the common support types database:

1. In the Bolt Properties dialog, select the Common Types button underneath the bolt type image.
2. You will see the Reinforcement dialog, which allows you to choose the specific bolt. Use the selection boxes to choose the attributes:
   
   • Manufacturer
   • Type
   • Designation
3. As you make your selections, the following properties will be automatically displayed in the Reinforcement dialog:
   • Tensile Capacity
   • Plate Capacity
4. When you have finished choosing/entering the reinforcement attributes, select OK and the bolt type properties will be automatically loaded into the Bolt Properties dialog.
