Tractions

Traction is the term used for applied distributed loads.

In RSPile, this load may be applied to the pile using the Tractions tab, giving depths and load values that approximates the distribution in segments of linearly distributed values, such as giving P1 and P2 for the depths from Elev.1 to Elev.2 and so on. The load may be in x, y or z directions.
