About Your License

After registering for an RSLog account, a trial License Key will be automatically assigned to your account which is valid for the trial period (i.e. 15 days). At any point during or after the trial period you can purchase a paid license of RSLog. In this case:

• The data your entered in your trial RSLog account will be kept for a period of 3 months on our database. Therefore, there is no need for registering a new RSLog account.
• Upon purchase you will receive a new License Key which will be activated for you by our support team.
• You will be able to use your original username and password to access your RSLog account created during the trial period. The difference is this account will have full access to all features and is valid for the subscription period (i.e. 12 months from purchase).

If you wish to manually enter your License Key:

1. Go to the RSLog login page and login to your account by entering your Company Code, Username or Email Address, and Password.
   Note: The default username for a company administrator account is "admin"
2. You should automatically be taken to the Licensing page. If you are not, go to the Company Account page and select the Licensing tab.
3. Enter the License Key and click Validate.
