Number of Rocks Thrown

The Number of Rocks Thrown setting in RocFall is set up through the Project Settings Probability Settings tab.

To open the tab:

1. Open the Project Settings dialog.
2. Select the Probability Settings tab.

By default, the Set individually per seeder option is selected. However, you can uncheck this option and choose the Distributed from total number of rocks.

If you choose the Distributed from total number of rocks option, the number you input is the number of rocks that will be generated and released when you switch to Results Mode. You can specify Equal distribution or Distribute by seeder length. Equal distribution means that the same number of rocks will be thrown from each seeder, regardless of seeder length. If you distribute the rocks thrown by seeder length, the longer line seeders will have more rocks thrown from them.
