Reference Stages

When you have multiple stages in the analysis, you can define the reference stage to see the results with respect to selected stages. Select: Interpret > Reference Stages.

When you select OK with the selected stages, you can see the results relative to the reference stage entered. The (r) in the stage tabs indicate that differential results with respect to a reference stage are shown.
