Edit Imported Bolts

To edit the geometry or assigned bolt property of an Imported Bolts node:

  1. Select the Imported Bolts node from the Visibility Tree.
  2. Select Support > Edit Imported Bolts or click the Edit button beside the Applied Property in the Properties pane.
  3. In the Edit Imported Bolts dialog:
    1. The Name and Bolt Property can be modified which applies to all bolts in the node.
    2. For each individual bolt, the geometry can be modified (i.e., Start X/Y/Z, Trend, Plunge, Length)
    3. Individual bolts can be added or deleted from the node.
  4. If any cells contain invalid data (e.g., blank, mismatching Bolt Property name), then those cells are highlight RED, and the message "Some bolts are not shown in the Preview due to invalid data highlighted in the table above."
  5. Invalid bolt entries are not shown in the Preview.
  6. A Preview of bolts for import is shown in the 3D CAD View, coloured according to the Bolt Property colour.
  7. Click OK.
