Rectangle

The Rectangle option allows you to add a rectangle or a square anywhere on a view. To add a Rectangle or Square:

1. Select Tools > Annotations > Rectangle from the Tools ribbon.
2. Enter the first corner graphically with the mouse by left-clicking.
3. As you move the mouse, a rectangle will be drawn between the point entered in step 2 and the current cursor location.
To draw a square, hold the Shift key while you are moving the mouse.
4. Enter the second corner graphically by left-clicking with the mouse. the Rectangle or Square will be added to the view.
