Saving a File

SWedge files have a *.swd7 filename extension. To save a file at any time, click on the Save toolbar button, or select File > Save from the menu.

Only Input Data is saved in an SWedge file. Analysis results are NOT saved to the file, since the analysis is automatically performed whenever a file is opened, so there is no need to save the results.

However, note that:

• The Info Viewer provides a formatted summary of analysis results and input data, which can be copied to the clipboard or saved to a file.
• For a Probabilistic Analysis, it is possible to export any or all of the analysis data to the Clipboard, a text file, or Microsoft Excel, using the Export Dataset option in the Statistics menu.
