Dynamic friction depends on the friction angle of the material:

dynamic friction coefficient = tan(phi)

Rolling Resistance

The rolling resistance coefficient represents the energy lost to factors other than dynamic friction, such as plastic deformation, hysteresis and slippage of the contact surface.
