Get even more value out of your Rocscience tools with additional expert help. The Rocscience Maintenance Plan is an annual, subscription-based service that goes together with your Owned license (formerly Perpetual license). Maintenance is charged at a rate of 15% of the license cost, paid annually.

With our Maintenance Plan, you get free upgrades to new program versions, so you’ll never invest in a tool without access to the latest software updates. You also get unlimited access to high-quality, timely support from the technical experts at Rocscience.

New for 2018, we’re offering you the opportunity to choose your bonus. Select from either 30 free minutes of Expert Modeling or a free, 30-minute webinar each year. And, as always, you’ll get access to reduced rates on training courses and on extended Rocscience Expert Modeling.

FAQs

Can I get Maintenance on my current license?
Yes! If you haven’t signed up yet, just contact us to add the Maintenance Plan to any existing license of a currently supported version of the software.
I have purchased multiple copies of the same program. Do I need maintenance for all copies?
It’s not necessary to purchase a Maintenance Plan subscription for all copies. You can pick and choose your maintenance options.
Is there a discount for multiple maintenance subscription purchases?
We extend the same discounts on our Maintenance Plan subscriptions as we do on our program and upgrade purchases: Discounts are available when purchasing 5 or more maintenance subscriptions.
I’m part of the Maintenance Plan subscription. How do I receive my upgrades?
You will receive your upgrades automatically.
What is the turnaround time for responses to my tech support question under the Maintenance Plan subscription?
We will continue to offer the high level of technical support service that our Rocscience customers expect. Response time depends on time zones, complexity of the question and office hours. We’re here Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm EST). You can usually expect an answer back from us within 24 hours.
I lost my hardlock that was part of the Maintenance Plan subscription. I know that you don’t replace lost or stolen hardlocks – what about maintenance subscriptions?
We will transfer the remainder of your maintenance subscription to your new program purchase.
Our company has multiple offices that share licenses. Is my Maintenance Plan linked to one location only?
You can take advantage of the Maintenance Plan subscription if you are using a currently subscribed program, even if you are in a different office location.
Some of your programs offer the Maintenance Plan and some don’t. How does that work for me?
We’re offering maintenance options with our new releases – as each program is upgraded to a new version, it will be added to the Maintenance Plan. Existing versions will continue to be governed by our existing technical support policy.
We have a Lease license. What do we have to do about maintenance for this type of license?
Maintenance on this annual license is included in the purchase price.
We are an academic institution and we’re subscribed to the Education Subscription. Are we covered?
We are happy to assist you in the installation of your Education Subscription; however, technical support is available through our Online Help (formerly Knowledge Base) system only.
