Enhancing Settle3 & RSPile with new features!

In Settle3, we're introducing a 2D Section creator that will enable users to define the material layers of their models; and a new Stone Column Permeability option to the Ground Improvement feature.

In RSPile, the new Pile Types feature will allow users to define the properties of a pile type and also of multiple sections with different lengths, widths, reinforcements, and more.

3D LEM Analysis of the Slope Failure at Yeager Airport

3D LE analysis accounts for a variety of additional factors that could potentially generate different factors of safety (FS). A group of engineers conducted 3D LE analyses using Slide3 to compare with results from 2D analysis in Slide2.

Homogeneous Slope Stability Under Rainfall with RS2

Slope failure induced by rainfall is a common problem in tropical locations. A sensitivity analysis was conducted to determine the relative importance of controlling parameters on the instability of a homogeneous slope under rainfall.
