My name is Felex Wibowo and I am a 4^th year Geotechnical engineering student from the University of Toronto. During my summer internship at Rocscience, I worked on several projects: creating verification problem sets for Slide 5.0 and Phase² 6.0; assisting one of Rocscience's main researchers, Thamer Yacoub Ph.D., P.Eng., by preparing the models and summarizing the findings; and helped the technical support department respond to feedback from customers.

I strengthened my geomechanics knowledge during my internship, obtained valuable experience in slope stability analysis using Limit Equilibrium Method and Finite Element Method, and improved my research skills.

I believe that the experience that I obtained and the knowledge that I gained during my internship are very valuable for my career. I consider my internship as a perfect choice to start my career in the geotechnical engineering field.

My plan for the next year is to keep expanding my knowledge and gaining experience in slope stability analysis before I return to school to get my Master's degree.
