Export Query Results
After using the Graph Query option to create a plot of query results, the graph results can be exported using the following options:
- Copy to Clipboard
- Export Data to Excel
- Plot in Excel
These options are available by right-clicking on a query graph, or from the Graph Tools sub-menu of the Query menu.
Copy Data to Clipboard
The Copy Data to Clipboard option will copy the graph data to the Windows clipboard. From the clipboard, you can paste the graph data into other applications for further processing.
Copy View to Clipboard
The Copy View to Clipboard option will copy a bitmap image of the graph to the Windows clipboard. You can then paste the graph image into an image editor and save or edit the image.
Export Data to Excel
The Export Data to Excel option will copy all of the analysis data (not just the result currently being displayed) for a particular query, for each stage, and will export it to Excel. This option is also available in the File menu, under the Export sub-menu. (see the Export Data to Excel topic).
Plot in Excel
The Plot in Excel option will automatically startup the Microsoft Excel program, export all of the graph data to Excel, and generate the graph in Excel, all with one mouse click.
