The Define Stress Paths option can be accessed by selecting Stress Paths > Define Stress Paths or by clicking on the Define Stress Paths icon Define Stress Paths icon in the toolbar.

Define stress paths simulation

There are different test types you can define in the stress paths and the seepage condition, and loading directions.

Test types:

  • Uniaxial Test
  • Triaxial Test
  • Biaxial Test
  • Simple Shear Test
  • General Test

Seepage condition:

  • Drained
  • Undrained

Loading directions:

  • Lateral, Axial (for triaxial test, biaxial, and general test)
  • Lateral, volumetric (for uniaxial test)
