Units of Measurement

Slide models can be created using either:

• SI (metric) units or

• Imperial units

as chosen in the Project Settings dialog.

The following table indicates units for both measurement systems:

All input dialogs will indicate the correct units to be entered, according to the Units of Measurement you have chosen.

NOTE: the currently selected Units of Measurement are automatically written to the Windows registry when OK is selected in the Project Settings dialog, and becomes the program default for NEW files. Since most users tend to build models using the same Units of Measurement most of the time, this saves users from always having to select the desired Units of Measurement each time they start a new file. This does NOT affect the Units of Measurement of previously saved files, only NEW files.
