Maximum Number of Properties

By default in Slide, the user may define and use up to 20 different material (soil / rock) types, and 20 different support types, in a single model. This is sufficient for most modeling purposes.

If more than 20 material or support types are required in a single model, then the user can enter the required number in the Project Settings dialog, using the Maximum Number of Properties option.

The number of material or support types specified in the Project Settings dialog, will then be available to define in the Define Materials and Define Support dialogs, and assign with the Assign Properties dialog.

The maximum number of material or support types which can be specified is 500.
