If you are using the Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2 installed, and you use Internet Explorer as your web browser, you may see an Information Bar with a warning message when you run this Help system. This is highlighted in red in the following figure.
For optimal viewing and use of this Help system, click on the Information Bar and select Allow Blocked Content from the popup menu. This will not affect your computer in any way, and will allow the left hand navigation pane and other features of this Help system, to display and function properly.
