After using the Graph Query option to create a plot of query results, various graph display tools are available, including:
Chart Properties
Markers
Lock Axes Range
These options are available by right-clicking on a query graph, or from the Graph Tools sub-menu of the Query menu.
Chart Properties
In the Chart Properties dialog, you can customize the Axes Range, Chart Colours and Chart Titles.
NOTE: the default chart colours can be specified under the Chart View tab of the Display Options dialog.
Markers
The Markers option toggles the display of data markers along each query graph on or off.
Lock Axes Range
The Lock Axes Range option can be used to lock the range of the graph axes at the current values.
If the Lock Axes Range option is OFF, then the axes range of query graphs will be automatically re-computed every time you edit model parameters which affect the query graph.
If the Lock Axes Range option is ON, then the axes range will remain constant, even if the query graph results change. This allows you to edit the model (e.g. model input parameters, query properties, location, or depth) and view updated query graph results, without changing the axes range of the graph. This makes it easier to see the effect of changing parameters on graph results.
NOTE: the Lock Axes Range option is automatically turned ON if you customize the range of both axes in the Chart Properties dialog.
