Phase2 Tutorials > Shear Strength Reduction
The Shear Strength Reduction method in Phase2 allows you to carry out a finite element slope stability analysis. This tutorial covers the basics of setting up a model for a Shear Strength Reduction (SSR) analysis in Phase2, and interpreting the analysis results.
A simple homogeneous slope is analyzed using the SSR method, and the critical strength reduction factor (SRF) is determined.
